You may be thinking “oh, mind wellness isn’t for me, I’m not going through anything hectic right now.”

Actually, mind wellness is for everyone! And we’re here to show you why and how you can make mind wellness a lifestyle choice.

Because of this, a lot of us are often reluctant, or even don’t realise we need to seek help. This years World Mental Health Day which fell on 10th October was aimed at emphasizing the importance of mental health care for all.

In your opinion, what needs to be done to make this a reality?

Look at your circle of friends, family and colleagues, most likely, a number of them have a gym membership or are trying to eat better. Prioritising physical health is quite trendy right now; but how about our mind health, how can we make mind wellness trendy too?

The same way you take care of your body by going to the gym and working out is the same way you should take care of your mind wellness.

Do you ever find yourself wondering if Mental Health and Mind Wellness really is for everyone? Or is it reserved for those going through extremely tough times?

Unfortunately, too many people think issues of mental health are for a select few when in actual fact, it affects us all.

It’s always important to deliberately remind ourselves that the health of our minds is as important as that of our bodies. Just as there’s no shame in investing in a personal trainer, there is no shame in investing in a therapist to help you get to a healthier place mentally.

What other ways can we normalize and make mind wellness more trendy?
